24 Hour Read-a-Thon: It Begins

Good morning! I don't think I got enough sleep last night. It's a bright and sunny morning. And I have a lovely stack of books to start the day off. I can't guarantee I'll be this chipper same time tomorrow. In case you're just joining in, I am participating in the 24 Hour Readathon. Yes I am planning on reading today for 24 hours straight.

I am starting off with reading Yuletide Stalker by Irene Brand. Since I normally read 3 books at a time, I plan on alternating with Comfort Food by Kate Jacobs and Daniel's Den by Brandt Dodson. Stalker and Food are new reads, I'm about 4 chapters in Daniel already.

I'm going to start off reading in bed, I will probably rotate throughout the day around the house. I have muffins, trail mix, fruit, and pre cooked meals already for me, as well as water and Diet Coke. oh blast I forgot to make sweet tea last night.

I plan to update every hour on here and on twitter (beatccr) so if I don't update, that means I have passed out.

This is the format of which my updates on here will be:

Title of book(s) read since last update:
Number of books read since you started:
Pages read since last update:
Running total of pages read since you started:
Amount of time spent reading since last update:
Running total of time spent reading since you started:

So!!! Let's get started!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

  3. Yuletide Stalker is such an interesting title! I usually read multiple books as well, but for the read-a-thon I tend to just read one book straight through.
